Our Signature Birth Prep Class

We developed this class becuase despite all the information out there we still see people who could have benefited from understanding how to help the process and not fight it. This is an experiential class that allows you to learn but then move and feel your pelvic floor, hips and spine to help prepare for delivery.

You can come at any time during your pregnancy but we would love to see you by 32-34 weeks. It's never too late but that timing allows you time to practice and really work for a couple of weeks prior to delivery.

The postpartum months are some of the most physically demanding,

emotionally overwhelming, and logistically challenging months of your life.

But you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.
Not when your body is healing, your brain is rewiring, your identity is shifting,

and you’re caring for a newborn on almost no sleep.

- Live Check Ins: Cristin and Erin (our pelvic PTs) will be running our bi-weekly Q & A sessions. We can go over any questions, movements, exercises and many other topics we want you to know about and you have questions about.

Once you are ready, you will be given all access to our weekly post-partum exercise classes + additional organzied workouts that we have customized for your specific phase of healing.

  • 10 min- Great, you are winning. Combine moving and learning and grounding your nervous system.

  • 15 min- Wow a whole 15 min! Focus on your nervous system, move a little and connect with others.

  • 20 min- Ok, Ok look at you. Start to find a routine- breath, move, breath.

  • 30 min- Take a nap- you may not get this time again!

$189/month - 3 month committment

We are looking for 20 foundational members to join @ $129/month.

Help us improve this platform and you can stay at $129 as long as you want.

Should I have still have physical therapy?

Yes!

Our recommended PT sessions are as follows:

- Virtual session 1-3 weeks

- Weekly virutal until you feel able and want to come in person

- Then it transitions to every other or every couple of weeks as you begin to rebuild your strength and check ins continue throughout the first year but less frequent.

The plan truly depends on many variables.
